Removal and Installation |
1. |
Remove the engine cover.
(Refer to Engine and Transaxle Assembly - “Engine Cover”)

Drain the engine coolant.
(Refer to Cooling System - "Coolant")
|
3. |
Remove the air cleaner assembly.
(Refer to Intake And Exhaust System - “Air Cleaner”)
|
4. |
Disconnect the water temperature sensor connector (A).
|
5. |
Disconnect the radiator upper hose and the heater hose from the water
temperature control assembly.
|
6. |
Disconnect the water hose and then remove the water temperature control
assembly (A) with the O-ring.
|
7. |
Remove the intake manifold
.(Refer to Intake and Exhaust System - "Intake Manifold")
|
8. |
Remove the water pipe (A).
|
9. |
Install in the reverse order of removal.
|
10. |
Fill the engine coolant.
(Refer to Cooling System - "Coolant")
|
11. |
Start the engine and check for leaks.

less than 1.6 mm (1/16 inch) of tread
left on the tire. Replace the tire when
